There is no subscription or signup fee. You only pay for the sessions you book. Each mentor sets their own rates, so prices vary. A 5% service fee is added at checkout to cover payment handling.
Mentors receive 85% of each session fee. Payouts are processed weekly via Stripe Connect directly to your bank account. You can track all earnings in your dashboard.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.
If a mentor cancels a session, you receive a full refund automatically. For learner-initiated cancellations, refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel — typically full refund if 24+ hours before the session.
The 15% platform fee covers payment processing, video infrastructure, customer support, platform development, and marketing to bring you more clients. There are no hidden fees beyond this.
Yes, mentors can update their rates at any time from their dashboard. Rate changes only apply to future bookings — existing bookings keep the original rate.
