Delete your SkillPay account
You can delete your account yourself in the app, or ask us to do it using the form below.
Delete it yourself
Open the SkillPayApp app or website, sign in, and go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account.
What gets removed
Your name, email address, profile photo and profile text, your push notification and calendar connections, and your sign-in sessions on every device.
What we keep, and why
Past sessions, payments, payouts, reviews and messages stay on record under "Deleted user", with nothing that identifies you. The other people you booked with still need their history, and tax and dispute rules require us to keep financial records.
Before you delete
Finish or cancel any upcoming sessions and wait for pending payments or payouts to complete. If you have a wallet balance, contact us first so we can settle it.
Request deletion
Can't open the app? Send us the email address on your account. We'll reply from our support address to confirm the request came from you before deleting anything.
